Buddleja ‘West Hill’ is a change seedling raise in the old Jail Border at Hillier’s West Hill Nursery.before 1997.  .The parentage is believed to be Buddleja davidii and Buddleja fallowiana.from Roy Lancaster  book ‘My life with plants’
